This is one of the ecommerce handled internally and based on magento, the project has started more than 10 years ago so when we understand that the most of the traffic comes from mobile, the theme as been converted in order to make it optimized for smartphone and tablet.

In addition to make it responsive, we made it as light as we could because it loaded 7 fonts and bigger images than what we needed.

Thanks to all this fixes, the website weight drop by 30% and it has speed up a little. Better improvement would be achieved by updating some of the plugins but we could not because they will not be compatible with the current CMS version
